The book can be sent anywhere in the world.

Postage is free of charge unless you request the book to be sent by express post (in which case we will charge you the actual cost of postage).

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will be posted within 48 hours or 2 business days upon receipt of payment. An email will be sent to you with tracking information once your package has been sent.
