- Espresso
- 1 cup Milk
- Flavor (optional)
- Small metal pitcher
Method:
- Pour the milk into the metal pitcher.
- Create froth by inserting the steam wand into the cup just below the surface of the milk.
- Steam the milk until it reaches the desired temperate.
- Add 1 shot of flavor if desired.
- Prepare the espresso shots.
- Pour the shots into the coffee mug.
- Pour the milk over the espresso immediately (the shots should not sit for more than 15 seconds before adding the milk). Use a spoon to keep the froth back.
- When you are close to the top pour the froth over the milk.
